Run it conversational, no shuffle. If you can’t sing along, you’re going too hard for what this is. Let the low BPM set a floor under your effort, soak up the recovery, and let that gentle lift at the end carry you home without ever feeling like work. This is the run that lets tomorrow’s run be good. Maybe, if you run with a smartwatch or fitness wearable, pay attention to your heart rate and focus on stability here.
