Tempo runs only work if you actually hold the pace — and the second your playlist throws a slow song at you, your legs believe it. So this one has no arc and no climb: every track sits at an estimated 125 BPM, start to finish. The cadence never moves, so you stay settled in.

Set it, no shuffle, and treat the beat as your metronome. If you’re matching footstrike to it, you’re locked in the zone this is built for: comfortably hard, sustainable, the pace you could hold for an hour but choose to hold for 42 minutes. No spikes, no dips — one honest gear the whole way. I use this to try to stay at an 8-min-per-mile pace.
